Shipping and returns policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For any unwanted items purchased in our store or online that you wish to return, you will be offered a credit voucher (valid for 3 months) or an exchange, provided it is returned to us in perfect condition and in its original packaging with a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase.
Please note estimated delivery times for out of stock items cannot be guaranteed.
Please note our credit vouchers are valid for 3 months only.
Replacements can only be issued in store.
If you are unable to return your item to our store, you may return via the post. Please contact us and we will send you a returns form that needs to be completed. We advise you obtain proof of postage. We do not accept responsibility for any parcels that are lost in transit. When returning your items, please pack the items securely enclosed with the returns form and address the parcel clearly. Zara Christie will not refund the cost of postage incurred unless the item is faulty.

Delivery and shipping
All deliveries should take between 3 - 5 working days to arrive. During busy times (public holidays, promotions and Christmas) orders may be slightly delayed however we will contact you directly to let you know if this is the case.
UK shipping - £5.00 (Free for orders over £75)
Fatboy products shipping - £30.00
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if your order is placed before 3pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on the Monday.
Please note we do not take responsibility for orders left outside the property when the customer has not signed for them.
Click and collect service is available for local customers. You will receive a ‘pick up’ confirmation once your order is ready for collection. We aim to have all Click and Collect orders ready within 24 hours.
