To ensure that both the client and ourselves are both clear and happy on the progress of how their vision will evolve, we have three main phases to our interior design consultancy:
Phase 1: Your interior pack.
After the initial contact made by the client, in which a brief discussion of ideas and possibilities are discussed, we will begin to piece together a personal interior pack. Once ready we will make contact in order to arrange an appointment to present and examine the potential routes of how the original ideas can emerge.
Phase 2: Assessing the site.
We arrange for a surveyor to visit the site to take measurements and identify any possible practical issues of implementing your vision. Once this has been established, and you are satisfied with the design specifications, we will provide a fully comprehensive costs and estimations.
Phase 3: Implementation and Installation
Before work can start, a security deposit is made (75% of the total cost of the project), and from here we can begin on implementation and installation. We provide the highest level of workmanship and work exceptionally close with you to ensure your design brief is adhered to: right from concept, production and fitting, through to the complete design.
Special Commissions and Styling
The tailor-made service, made to your specific requirements, with Zara Christie includes, but is not exclusive to, the styling and staging for new or existing schemes, for filming/ photo shoots for an array of events such as weddings, Christmas or even house selling.
